Coinpal is a free and easy wallet for bitcoin & bitcoin cash with a fun and friendly look for starters. They made their own version of the classic bitcoin logo which makes you happy to look at.
Design
Coinpal is styled with a nice, exciting, and friendly orange look. Upon opening the app you will get a small introduction that explains a little bit about the setup etc. which is great for new users. The wallet uses the following 5 different taps, home page (which shows your wallets), receive, scan, send, and settings page. All pages are in the orange and white color theme and are easy to understand. On the settings page, you will also find some extra features that can be useful + a support service for users.
Features
When It comes to extra features (besides sending and receiving crypto) Coinpal offers the following.
- Address book
- Bitcoin network fee adjuster
Improvements
Like every other Wallet out there, Coinpal has flaws and missing things. The flaws that I point out are of course based on my personal opinion and I would like to point out that they don’t always have to be a hindrance to anyone.
Coinpal is a nice crypto wallet but could use some improvements when it comes to features. The best and most logical feature would of course be the support of Bitcoin sidechain within the app so that users can cheaply spend their Bitcoin for day-to-day purchases.
Conclusion
So Coinpal is a fine crypto wallet for the use of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. With a simple and user-friendly look, the wallet can be a nice starter wallet. But would likely be in need of sidechain support in the future. Coinpal scores a good 3.5 out of 5 stars.
