*We recognize this wallet to be a scam wallet!*
The Moonbag wallet is a multi-coin wallet supporting Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT Tether, Ripple, and Binance Coin. The Moonbag wallet claims to be functional around the clock completely for free and has an instant exchange within the app. But weirdly enough we did not find this exchange function within the app.
Design
Opening the app you will start on basically the only page within the app which is the wallet balance page. On this page, you will see a promotional text at the top that claims that you will get a 100% deposit Bonus. This already rings a lot of bells with us making us think this is a scam wallet. Besides the main page, you can click on the coin balances which will redirect you to a page for sending and receiving. This is all that you will find within the app. It is a very simple design with barely any functions and no explanation of how it works. Or any place where you can find your private key or 12-word phrase.
Features
When It comes to extra features (besides sending and receiving crypto) Moonbag wallet offers the following.
- The wallet has no extra functions at all.
Improvements
Like every other Wallet out there, Moonbag wallet has flaws and missing things. The flaws that I point out are of course based on my personal opinion and I would like to point out that they don’t always have to be a hindrance to anyone.
Moonbag wallet is such a simple wallet. So that the only way we see to really improve this wallet is to create a new wallet from scratch. Its layout and (supposed) promotion makes it look like a scam and give us a good reason not to trust it. Because any wallet using this kind of promotion without explanation, whether it is real or not, gives itself a very bad image.
Conclusion
So Moonbag wallet looks to us like a scam wallet. Looking at the reviews on the wallet, which are either only 5 stars or 1-star reviews. We would like to advise anyone thinking about using this wallet to be very very cautious. This because of the point mentioned before. Please do not get scammed by cheap scams like this one. We have tried to contact Moonbag Wallet but did not get any response. Because of all these reasons and its bad wallet design and functions we decided to rate the Moonbag wallet a low of 1 start out of 5.
